Quote Requests and Consultations

Quote requests submitted through our website are not binding contracts. All quotes are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change after on-site evaluation. A formal service agreement will be provided before any work begins.

Free consultations are available within our service area of Greater Sacramento and surrounding communities. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our coverage area.

Service Terms

Specific terms related to installation services, warranties, and project scope are detailed in individual service agreements provided to each customer before work begins. Those agreements, when signed, take precedence over these general Terms for matters related to the specific project.

Warranty

Our comprehensive lifetime warranty covers both parts and labor. Warranty coverage begins on the date of completed installation and covers manufacturing defects and normal wear. The warranty does not cover damage caused by intentional misuse, unauthorized modifications, or extreme weather events classified as Acts of God (including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, and wildfire).

Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing options for qualifying customers. Deposits may be required for project scheduling. Final payment is due upon completion and customer walkthrough approval.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of EXT Lighting or our content licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

User-Submitted Content

By submitting information through our contact forms, quote requests, or other communication channels, you grant us permission to use that information to provide our services and respond to your inquiry. We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability
